それを見ているまわりのひとから尊敬されるようになる。
朝起きれたじぶんを、ほめてあげることからはじめてみてもいいでしょう。
行動できたじぶんをほめて、尊敬してあげましょう。
じぶんの行動は世界にひびいている
じぶんの行動で、まわりをかえているのです。
あなたの何気ない行動で、まわりをかえています。
ありがとうと伝えるだけで、まわりはかわります。
つまり、あなたの行動は世界にひびいているのです。
ところで、音楽はすきですか？
歌をうたっているのひとは1人ですが、世界のひとの心にひびいています。
音楽にかぎらず、しごとの書類作業でも、あなたの何気ない行動によってまわりはかわります。

だれかの役に立っているかもしれないと考えることです。

じぶん軸で過ごすことによって、イライラすることはへり、ニコニコと過ごせるのです。
ニコニコとしていれば、あなたは必要とされ、あなたの承認欲求も満たされるのです。
