じぶんをほめることに慣れてくると、じぶんを尊敬できるようになります。
前まではゴミを放置して、だれかに言われたから拾っていたゴミを、いまではじぶんから拾うようになったのです。
じぶんから行動し、じぶんのことをほめる。
それを見ているまわりのひとから尊敬されるようになる。
朝起きれたじぶんを、ほめてあげることからはじめてみてもいいでしょう。
行動できたじぶんをほめて、尊敬してあげましょう。
じぶんの行動は世界にひびいている
じぶんの行動で、まわりをかえているのです。
あなたの何気ない行動で、まわりをかえています。
ありがとうと伝えるだけで、まわりはかわります。
つまり、あなたの行動は世界にひびいているのです。
ところで、音楽はすきですか？
歌をうたっているのひとは1人ですが、世界のひとの心にひびいています。
音楽にかぎらず、しごとの書類作業でも、あなたの何気ない行動によってまわりはかわります。
わたしも、なにかかわるかもしれないと思い、ブログを書いているのです。
生きていても、死んでしまっても、あなたの行動は世界にひびいているのです。
いつもニコニコとする方法
だれかの役に立っているかもしれないと考えることです。
よく言われるのは、”他人に期待しない”や”ポジティブになる”や”我慢する”と耳にするでしょう。
わたしもよく耳にし、ポジティブになろうとしたり、我慢したりしていましたが、かんたんではありません。
なぜなら、あいての視点で物ごとを考えているからです。
つまり、他人軸ということです。
そこで、じぶん軸になるために考えかたを”だれかの役に立っているかもしれないと考えること”になります。
だれかの役に立とうと思うのではなく、だれかの役にたっているかもしれないと考えることで、じぶん軸で過ごせます。
じぶん軸で過ごすことによって、イライラすることはへり、ニコニコと過ごせるのです。
ニコニコとしていれば、あなたは必要とされ、あなたの承認欲求も満たされるのです。
