いままでどれだけの選択肢に悩まされましたか。
朝ごはんにパンを食べるかお米を食べるかも選択です。
わたしたちの考えかたは、残念ながらかたよっています。
なので、2兎追うものは1兎を得ずということわざがうまれるのです。
もちろん、先人の知恵、経験としてうまれたのでしょう。
たとえば、朝ごはんにお米を食べたいけど、パンも食べたい。
どちらにしようか迷いますよね。
買いものをしていて、2つとも買うお金をもっていなければ悩みます。
もし、お金を持っていれば2つとも買えるので、悩むことはないと思います。
しかし、それができないから悩んでいるのです。
これが考えかたのかたよりです。
2兎追うものは、、、part2
2兎追うものは1兎を得ずという考えかたが悩みの原因ならば、1度こわしてみましょう。
”2兎追うものは楽しくなる”
つまり、あえて2兎追うことを選ぶのです。
そうすることで、刺激になり楽しく感じられます。
朝ごはんを例にするならば、お米もパンも食べてしまえばいいのです。
買いものであるならば、2つのものを買うためにお金を用意しなければなりません。
となると方法として
- リサイクルできるものを探す
- 副業をする
- 潔く諦める
まずは、リサイクルできそうなものを探しつつ、お部屋のそうじをしてみるのもいいのではないでしょうか。
それでも足りない場合は、短期アルバイトや在宅での副業などでお金を稼ぐ方法もあります。
最後の諦めるは、どっちも選べないのであれば、どっちも諦めてしまえばいいのです。
今回は、買うタイミングではなかったんだなって考えてみてください。
そもそも、あなたにとって必要なものは同時に現れるのでしょうか？
選べないのは、どちらかは本当に必要なものではないと思います。
なので考えなおすという意味でも、潔く諦める選択をしましょう。

じつは”2兎を追うと3兎得る”ことになります。
なぜかというと、2兎追うことによって、2兎を得てさらに、2兎を得るための知恵や経験を得られるからです。
つまり、目にはみえないけど、たいせつなものを得られるということにつながります。
もしことわざのように1兎も得られなくても、リサイクル品をさがすためにそうじしたお部屋や、リサイクル品の相場を知ることはできました。
なにより、行動にうつせたことがとても重要です。
なぜなら、新たなことに行動を起こそうとするのにつかうパワーは、はかり知れないからです。
わたしたちは、変化をきらいます。
しかし、行動することができた。
つぎまた同じような場面になっても、すぐに行動できるでしょう。
だから悩むくらいなら2つともとってしまえと言っているのです。
まとめ
悩んだときはむねを張って2つともとりましょう。
失敗しても行動したことはかわりません。
悩んでいるじかんを過ごすのならば、諦めるまえに2兎追ってしまいましょう。
