むかしに比べると、いまは便利です。
でも生活にゆとりがあるかと言われれば、そうではありません。

しかし、わたしたちの生活にゆとりはありません。

わたしの考えでは3つあります。
- ゆとりのないお金事情
- ゆとりをもつ抵抗感
- さらに求められる
以前のわたしには、3つとも当てはまっていて、ゆとりとは無縁でした。
その結果、こころを病んでしまい、退職したのはいい経験となりました。
ゆとりのないお金事情
原因の１つめは、ゆとりのないお金事情です。
便利な家電を買うことができず時間のゆとりをもてない。
または、お金のために働かなければならない状態。
健康にいいものは高く、健康によくないものは安く手軽になっています。
副業をするという手段もありますが、時間のゆとりはなくなります。
お金にしばられすぎるというのも、こころにゆとりをもてない原因です。
日本には、生活保護や自己破産といった制度もあります。
お金はたいせつですが、もうすこし楽に考えてもいいと思います。
ゆとりをもつ抵抗感
原因の２つめは、ゆとりをもつことに対する抵抗感です。
まわりと生活レベルをあわせようとすることです。
あなたもじぶんだけゆとりのある生活をしていたら、じぶんだけずるいのではないかと思いませんか。
たとえばしごと。
あなたはしごとを早く終わらせて、時間にゆとりをもてます。
しかし、まわりのひとたちはまだ終わっていません。
気まずくなり、つぎからはしごとのスピードをまわりに合わせてしまいませんか。
あなたはあなたの人生を歩んでいます。
あなたの軸で生活しなければ、ゆとりはうまれません。
さらに求められる
原因の３つめは、さらに良いものを求められる・求めることです。
じぶんからさらに良いものを求めるのであれば、向上心になりあなたを成長させます。
しかし、あいてに求められる場合はプレッシャーとなります。
スキル以上を求められたり、高すぎる目標を求められることです。
ゆとりをもつためには、じぶんから取りくむことを意識すると、やらされているというプレッシャーから解放されるでしょう。
会社も、じぶんも変化しつづけなければ生き残れません。
考えかたをかえて、ゆとりをもちましょう。
知識と経験不足
もっといろいろなことを知り、経験するべきです。
あなたは読書をしますか？
転職や副業をしたり、ニート生活をしたことはありますか？
いろいろな世界をみることは、ゆとりをもつことになります。
実際に転職をしなければ、わからないこともあります。
なかには、いきなりしごとを辞めてなにも持たずに世界一周をするひともいるのです。
なにも持たなくても世界一周できるということを知るだけでも、こころにゆとりをもてるのではないでしょうか。
ひごろから、知識と経験をふやすことを意識して生活してみてください。

ゆっくりご飯を食べて「美味しかった、ごちそうさま」とこころのそこから思えるようなゆとりのある食事をする。
そして１日がんばったからだをいやすために、ゆっくりと眠ってください。
ゆっくり眠ることで、つぎの日の体調や気分にゆとりをもてます。
