似ていると思いませんか？
今回は、アリをただ見るだけではなく、見方をかえて考えたことをおはなしします。
アリの生活をしらべたり、わたしたちの生活でもつかえることはないかと考えてみました。
ちょっと見方をかえて考えてみたいひとは、最後までよろしくお願いします。
結論
人間社会を小さくするとアリの生活になる
アリから学べることもおおい
アリの生活
アリは地面に目を向ければみつけられます。
いつも列をつくってぞろぞろと動いています。
アリは土の中に巣をつくり、1ぴきの女王アリと、そのほかのはたらきアリでの生活です。
女王アリは10~20年生きますが、はたらきアリは数カ月で死んでしまいます。
あたらしい女王アリは、生活している巣がおおきくなると生まれます。
そして、あたらしい生活場所をさがし、空をとびながら交尾してるのです。
あたらしい生活場所をみつけると、そこで巣をつくりながら子育てをはじめます。
ポイント①寿命
はたらきアリは数カ月で死んでしまいます。
人間社会でもおなじです。
はたらきすぎた人間は、過労死したり、うつなどになります。
ちなみに、女王アリもはたらきアリも、女王アリになる可能性はあります。
おなじアリなのにはたらきアリの寿命が短いのは、はたらきすぎだからです。
ポイント②だれでも差はない
女王アリは、じぶんの力でこそだてしながら、あたらしい巣をつくります。
人間社会で考えると、社長です。
たくさんのことを経験しながら、じぶんの力で会社をつくっていく。
会社がおおきくなると、あたらしいことをはじめる。
じぶんの会社からあたらしい社長をうみだす。
なので、女王アリは社長のようなそんざいです。
1番のポイントは”うまれたときの女王アリとはたらきアリに差はない”ということです。
うまれたときからお金持ちであれば、うまれた環境に差はあります。
でも、うまれたときはだれでも赤ちゃんからです。
いままでの経験によって、女王アリにもはたらきアリにも変わっていけるのです。
はたらきアリの法則
はたらきアリの法則をしっていますか？
はたらきアリの法則は、北海道大学の進化生物学者の長谷川英祐さんの研究によってみつかりました。
研究では
- よくはたらくアリ 2割
- はたらくアリ 6割
- サボるアリ 2割
という結果です。
はたらきアリの法則は、人間社会にもあてはまります。
なので、よくはたらくひともいれば、サボるひともおなじだけいるのです。
サボるアリもいる
アリとキリギリスというおはなしでは、アリはせっせとはたらき、キリギリスは遊んでいる。
サボるアリがいるなんて思いもしないですよね。
せっせとはたらくアリですら、サボるのです。
なので人間でもサボるひとはいるのです。
ではどうすれば、サボるひとをはたらかせられるようになるのでしょうか。
はたらきアリの法則の見方をかえます。
たとえば10人のひとがいます。
- よくはたらくひと 2人
- はたらくひと 6人
- サボるひと 2人
このサボる2人をはたらかせるために、よくはたらく2人を休ませるとどうでしょうか？
よくはたらく2人を休ませることで、8人になります。
すると、1人はサボるかもしれませんが、はたらくひとを増やせるのです。
ところで、アルバイトをしたことはありますか？
じぶん1人が休むだけで、お店がいそがしくなる。
でもいそがしくなるだけで、お店をしめることはないですよね。
つまり、よくはたらくひとを休ませて、サボるひとをはたらかせるという見方もできるのではないでしょうか。
サボるを上手に使え
サボるひとにも理由があります。
なぜサボるのかをしり、はたらいてもらいましょう。
サボる理由はひとそれぞれです。
たとえば
- ひとがおおく、やれることを見つけられない
- 教わってないからやらない
- やる気のでない日
ひとつのことを、たくさんのひとでやろうとすると、やる気のあるひとでもやれることを見つけられません。
教わってないからやらないのは、サボる理由にはなりません。
じぶんから教わりにいけばいいだけです。
また、やる気のでない日もあると思います。
なので、みんなで順番にサボる時間や休みをつくれば、サボるひとを減らせるのではないでしょうか。
まとめ
はたらきアリの法則によって、サボるひとはかならずいることを知りました。
なので、サボるひとにイライラするよりも、サボるひとを上手にはたらかせる方法を考えましょう。
