生活やこころに余裕を持てなければ、小さな楽しみを見つけるのは難しいでしょう。
楽しみがなければ、あなたのこころはネガティブな感情に支配されていきます。
ところで、あなたは新しいことに挑戦していますか？
楽しみというのは、なにかに挑戦することです。
ネガティブな感情に支配されるまえに、やりたかったこと、やってみたいことに挑戦するのも、生活のなかで楽しみを見つける方法です。
変化のない生活、変化のない人生。
それでいいというひともいれば、嫌だというひともいる。
1度の人生です。
どうせなら楽しく生きましょう。
目をそむける
ネガティブになる原因から、一度逃げましょう。
あなたの人生、楽しく生きるのが目的です。
楽しくないことからは、逃げていいのです。
たとえば、いじめであればひきこもりましょう。
本気であなたが、親や周囲のひとに伝えれば反対するひとはいません。
