趣味をふやす
わたしは多趣味です。
しかし、ほとんど中途半端です。
たとえばゲームを買っても、最後までクリアしていなかったり、写真をとる趣味もいまではもうしていません。
なので多趣味なひとはすぐに飽きてしまったり、三日坊主なひとだと思うでしょう。
しかし趣味をふやすことによって、じつはたくさんのメリットがあることを知っていますか？
多趣味であることによって、あなたの成長速度はあがるのです。
多趣味のメリット3選
多趣味によるメリットとはこの3つです。
- たくさんのことを経験している
- コミュニケーションを取りやすくなる
- 行動するちからを身につけている
メリットの1つ目は、多趣味なのでたくさんのことを経験しています。
経験しているので、知っていることも多くなるでしょう。
メリットの2つ目は、多趣味によってコミュニケーションを取りやすくなることです。
スポーツであれば、野球やサッカー、バスケなどルールやチームを知っているだけでコミュニケーションを取りやすくなります。

メリットの3つ目は、多趣味であることによって行動するちからを身につけていることです。
なにか新しいことに挑戦するとき、行動するちからを身につけていないと、やらない理由をみつけ挑戦できなくなります。
ほとんどの理由は、時間がないから・お金がないからでしょう。
新しいことに挑戦しなかっただけで、あなたはなにかのチャンスをのがしています。
つまり、多趣味になることはおおくのチャンスをつかむことになるのです。
実はもう1つ
じつはもう1つメリットがあります。
あなたのたいせつな時間を守ることです。
その1つとは、多趣味によって”やらない選択肢をふやせる”ということです。
たとえば、コンビニの新商品をイメージしてください。
新商品を食べてみて、また食べたいと思うか、もういらないと思うのか。
また食べたいと思うのならば、次回はなやまずに選べます。
もういらないと思うのならば、次回からは選択肢にもなりません。
どちらもあなたのたいせつな時間を守ることにつながっているのです。
趣味もおなじ考えかたです。
時間がないから挑戦しないひとは、ながいめで見るといつまでも時間がないでしょう。
時間はあります。
やりたいことがでてきたとき、とりあえず挑戦してみましょう。
挑戦してしまえば、デメリットはありません。
じぶんに合わなければやめて、知れたことでコミュニケーションをとることもできるし、選択肢をへらすことにもなるのです。
結果として、やらなかった後悔をへらし、人生をたのしみながらすごせるのです。
こころおどることに挑戦する
こころおどることに挑戦すれば、しぜんに多趣味になります。
こころおどることとは、”知的好奇心”です。
夢中になって行動していることはありますか？
あたまで考えるのではなく、知りたいことを求めて行動する。
そうすることで、ワクワクした人生をあゆめるようになるのです。

時間がない・お金がないからと挑戦するのをやめないでください。
ワクワクすることをさがし、人生たのしみながらすごしていきましょう。
