なぜわたしが、自然に目をむけるようになったのか。
それは、鬱になったからです。
鬱になり、ネガティブな思考に支配され、なにもする気になれませんでした。
そんなとき、1本の木に目を奪われました。
その木に手を当ててみると、なんとも言えない力をもらいました。
そこからわたしは、自然に目をむけるようになり、自然を好きになったのです。
あなたにも自然の力・やさしさ・偉大さを知ってもらいたいです。
また将来に期待できなくなったひとにも読んでもらいたいと思います。

自然から命をいただいていることに感謝する
自然のイメージ
あなたは、”自然”にどのようなイメージをもちますか？
わたしであれば、
- リラックス効果
- 四季による変化
- 静かさ
などのイメージです。
リラックス効果には、マイナスイオンや木や花の香り、彩りの綺麗さのイメージです。
四季による変化は、春夏秋冬で見える景色が変わり1年で4回景色を変えます。
静けさは、機械音や騒音などから離れたイメージです。
自然の音（風や鳥の鳴き声など）を感じられるともいえます。
これら３つのイメージには、共通点があり”五感へ刺激”をあたえるのです。
ではここから、自然の力についておはなしを始めます。
全てを感じられる
五感とは、視覚・聴覚・味覚・嗅覚・触覚です。
生活のなかでも感じることはできます。
しかし、自然のなかではより強く感じられます。
想像してみてください。
あなたは森のなかにいます。
心地よい風に草花のゆれる音。
鳥たちもそれぞれの鳴き声で鳴いている。
そんななかあなたは、携帯をもたず深呼吸をする。
自然の香り・風・音・そして景色に、空気の味を感じるのです。
調和されている自然によって、失いかけている力を補充できるのです。
森とは言わず、林でも、公園でも自然を感じることはできます。
あなたにもぜひ体験してもらいたいです。
現代において重要な３つのこと
結論から言います。
- 情報社会とシャットダウンできること
- 本能を取り戻すこと
- ただ寄り添ってくれること
この3つは、現代社会において重要なことです。
なぜなら、自然を感じることを忘れているひとばかりだからです。
ではなぜ、自然を感じることを忘れているのか？
理由として、情報社会になり屋内で生活する時間が増えたこと。
自然を感じられる公園や林などの減少によること。
また、利益のために自然を壊し、ビルを建て続け、都心部には自然と触れ合える場所はないのではないでしょうか。
これでは自然を感じられません。
ただわたしたちは、自然とは切っても離せない存在だということを、忘れてはいけないのです。
情報社会とシャットダウンできる
自然の力の1つ目です。
生活のなかには、さまざまな音や、目に入ってくる情報があります。
わたしのブログも、インターネットを通してあなたに届いています。
ほかにもSNSで、写真や動画を見ることもあるでしょう。
道を歩いているだけで、勝手に情報や音は、目や耳にはいってくるのです。
しかし自然は、人工的な情報と切り離してくれます。
たとえば、山登りをしているときに、登りながら携帯を操作するひとはいないですよね。
自然には、人工的な情報から解放する力をもっているのです。
すこしでも自然のなかにはいると、深呼吸をしてみたくなりませんか？
本能を取り戻す
自然の力の2つ目です。
現代社会は、過度にストレスのかかる環境です。
時間がない、お金がない、休みがない、などと言っていませんか？
これらは、ストレスがかかっている状態です。
過度のストレスは、あなたの本能を忘れさせてしまいます。
本能とは、あなたの”生きたい”という気持ちです。
たとえば、免疫。
産まれたときから備わっている免疫は、あなたの生きる力です。
病気になれば、病気を治す力を発揮し、けがをすれば治すために力を発揮します。
しかし、ストレスは万病の元と言われるように、ストレスによって免疫力は低下します。
すると、生きたいという本能も薄れていくのです。
だからこそ自然に触れて、自然を感じ、本能を取り戻して欲しいと思っています。
お花はこころの食べものと言われているので、お花を活けて眺めるだけでもいいです。
自然はあなたの”生きたい”という気持ちを、取り戻すために必要なのです。
ただ寄り添うだけ
自然の力の3つ目です。
わたしは、1番重要だと思っています。
なぜなら、どんなに一緒にいても、自然はただ寄り添うだけだからです。
なにかに失敗したときや、失恋したとき、絶望したときにあなたのそばに相談できるひとはいると思います。
しかしあなたは、相談しても素直に受け止め、切り替えることはできますか？
わたしには難しいです。
結局はじぶんで解決しないと、いつまでもひきずってしまいます。
そこで自然に身をまかせるのです。
自然はあなたに寄り添うだけで、声をかけてくることもありません。
あなたの気持ちのすむまで一緒にいてくれます。
そして無償の愛をあなたに注ぎ込んでくれるのです。
自然に囲まれる
わたしは、ストレスでイライラする前に、自然に触れて欲しいと思っています。
現代社会をシャットダウンして、自然にただ寄り添ってもらう。
それだけで、生きる力を、本能を取り戻せます。
あなたらしく、あなたの人生を歩めるように、自然に囲まれた生活をして欲しいと思います。
