つまり朝の気分によって1日はかわります。
もし、毎日気持ちのいい1日を過ごせる人生だとすると、楽しくしあわせだと思いませんか？
なのでニーチェは、朝起きるとだれか1人を喜ばせることを考えるのです。
たとえば、あなたの家族や友だち、職場の上司や後輩でもいいのです。
あなたにもだれか1人を喜ばせることはできると思います。
たった１人を喜ばせる
1人を喜ばせるということは、ワクワクさせるということです。
しかし、だれかを喜ばせると聞くと、プレゼントを用意したり、準備をしないと喜ばせられないと思っていませんか？
あなたはどういうことをされたら喜ぶのか考えてみてください。
たとえば、あいさつをしてあいさつが返ってくればうれしくないですか？
そのあいさつが顔を見て、笑顔だとさらにうれしくなりませんか？
つまり、プレゼントや、準備をしなくてもだれかを喜ばせることはできるということです。
笑顔であいさつをするだけで、だれかを喜ばせることができるのであれば、あなたにもできるはずです。
どうやって喜ばせるのか
あなたであれば、だれを喜ばせたいですか？
どうやって喜ばせたいですか？
たとえば
- 家事のお手伝い
- こどもと遊ぶ
- 友達にプレゼント
- 同僚の仕事を手伝う
などを考えます。
ここで1つ考えてみましょう。
あなたは、あいての喜ぶ顔やありがとうと言われると、またあいてを喜ばせたいと思いませんか？
わたしは、だれかを笑顔にしたい。
そのためにどうしたら笑顔になるのかを考えています。
しかし、考えているだけでは意味がありません。
あなたの気持ち、考えをあいてにつたえるためには、行動にしなければいけません。
朝起きたら喜ばせたいひとを思いうかべ、行動にうつす。
そうすることで、あなたは朝からしあわせな気持ちになれるのです。
喜びはめぐる
喜ばせてもらったあいては、あなたを喜ばせたいと思うはずです。
そうすると、あいても朝からあなたを喜ばせることを考え、しあわせな1日にすることになります。
つまり、喜びはめぐる、循環するということです。
ところで、あなたはじぶんだけが得をしたいと考えていませんか？
世のなかには3種類のひとたちがいます。
その3種類とは
- テイカー →あなたの時間やものを奪うひと
- ギバー →あなたの時間やものを与えるひと
- マッチャー →与えてもらえたら与え返すひと
あなたがもしじぶんだけ得したいと考えるのであれば、テイカーです。
しかし、あなたもわたしもマッチャーだと思います。
もしかしたら、ギバーかもしれませんね。
さて、おはなしを戻します。
もし世のなか、マッチャーとギバーだけになれば喜びはめぐります。
なぜなら、マッチャーもギバーもお返しをしようとするからです。
だからこそニーチェは、まずはあなたから喜びをだれかに与えようと考えているのです。
どんなに小さなことでも、喜びはめぐります。
朝、笑顔であいさつするだけでも、あいてを喜ばせることになります。
ぜひ、だれかを喜ばせてみましょう。
