わたしも裸足で歩いた日の夜は、ぐっすり眠られるのでなかなか寝付けないひとにも、おすすめです。
裸足で歩くことに抵抗はあるでしょう。
なので、わたしが実際に行っている方法も一緒におはなしします。

裸足で歩こうと思ったきっかけ。
知人がやっていたのを真似しただけです。
はじめて裸足で歩いた日のことは、よく覚えています。
公園の芝生です。
もちろんわたしも、裸足で歩くことに抵抗感もあり、周りの目も気になります。
でも運よくその日は、周りにひとはいなかったのでチャンスだと思い、おもいきって裸足になりました。
一歩踏み出しだしたときの感情は、「気持ちいい」。
柔らかい草の上、ひんやりとした地面、靴からの解放感、そしてちょっとした高揚感に包まれたのです。
チャンスがあれば、裸足で歩いてみてください。
ちなみに、夜の外であれば裸足で歩くチャンスはあります。
わたしも夜によく歩いています。
裸足で歩くことに興味をもって調べると、3つのメリットを知ったのでおはなしします。
メリット３選
ずばりメリットはこれです。

- アーシング効果
の3つになります。
それぞれの効果についてお話しを続けたいと思います。
足ツボ効果
1つ目は、足ツボ効果です。
裸足で歩くので、道路の凹凸や草木によって、自然の足ツボマッサージになります。
また足裏のマッサージにもなるので、足が柔らかくなり疲れを取ります。
疲れていると足の裏をマッサージしたくなりませんか？

睡眠不足もストレスの原因です。
副交感神経を優位にし、気持ちよく目覚めましょう。
アーシング効果
3つ目は、アーシングです。
アーシングとは、地面に肌が触れることで、あなたの体内の電気を中和し、本来の健康を取り戻すことです。
わたしたちの身体は、電気を溜めています。
たとえば静電気。
これは体内の電気が放出されることによって起きています。
なのでアーシングは、手で地面を触ることでも効果はあるようです。
アーシング効果には
- 心不全などのリスクの軽減
- ストレスの軽減
- 快眠をもたらす
